Israel Santana is a Native Houstonian.  He is a graduate of the University of Houston, where he received his bachelors degree.  Israel also received a degree in law.  He is a licensed Bondsman and has over 30 years experience in the bonding business.  Israel is fluently bilingual in English and in Spanish.
